      What payment options do you accept?

      We accept all VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX credit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay payments via Stripe.

      All payments will be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

      What are your delivery options in Singapore?

      We offer complimentary door-to-door courier delivery within Singapore with a minimum spend of SGD 50.

      Orders below SGD 50 will be delivered at a charge of SGD 4.99.

      You may also choose to pick up your order at our ION Orchard store by selecting the 'Store Pickup' option at checkout. An email notification will be sent to you within 2 to 4 working days once the order is ready for collection at the store.

      Do you ship internationally and how much does it cost?

      Yes, we offer complimentary worldwide shipping via DHL with a minimum spend of SGD 250.

      Do note that we ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), which does not include applicable duties and taxes that may be levied by the country you are shipping to.

      For orders less than SGD 250, the respective shipping costs will apply:

      Am I liable for customs and duties on my international order?

      We ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU); shipping fees displayed are not inclusive of the duties and taxes that may be levied by the country you are shipping to.

      The amount of duties and taxes vary by country - you may click on the link here to get an estimation of the duties and taxes that may be applicable to your country.

      Please note that by placing an order online, you have agreed to be responsible for all duties, taxes and custom charges. IN GOOD COMPANY cannot be held liable for any shipment and custom charges should the order be refused by the recipient.

      How long will my order take to arrive?

      For orders within Singapore, we will do our best to ensure that you receive your order within 3 business days from the date of purchase.

      International orders are delivered via DHL Economy and can take up to 3-7 business days — depending on your country zone.

      This may be subject to change during sale periods or peak festive seasons where there is a high volume of orders.

      How do I track my order?

      An email with a shipment tracking link will be sent to you as soon as your order is being dispatched from our warehouse.

      Can I edit/change my order or change my delivery address?

      You may email us at customerservice@ingoodcompany.asia with your Order Number as soon as possible.

      We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we are unable to make any changes once the order has been shipped out.

      Our Customer Service Desk is open from Mon - Fri (SGT 9.30am - 6.30pm).

      Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

      We do offer gift wrapping at a flat fee of $5 as an option when you check-out.

      Your items will be wrapped in crisp tissue paper and placed in our signature gift box. You may also choose to include a gift message, which will be handwritten for you in an IN GOOD COMPANY note card.

      Our gift boxes are finished with a cotton ribbon and can be reused again for gifting or storage.

      Are there any ongoing promotions online?

      The Citibank promotion offers 10% off when you charge on a Citi Credit/Debit Card issued by Citibank Singapore Limited. Enter the promo code CITIXXXXXX at checkout (X refers to first 6-digit of your card number).

      Do note that this cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts/shopping perks, and will not be applicable on shipping fees.
