Why should I create an account?

Creating an IN GOOD COMPANY customer account with us also puts you on the fast track to becoming a Frequent Shopper with us for life; simply accumulate your spend to SGD 1,000 (no time limit) and you’ll be entitled to enjoy even more benefits under our Frequent Shopper Program.

With a registered and activated profile, you can keep track of your spend, order history, and be the first to get notified of our new collections or events.

How do I activate my account?

If you have created a profile with us, the activation link will be sent to your registered email to activate your account before you can login for the first time.

How do I become a Frequent Shopper?

You’ll automatically join our Frequent Shopper community when you reach an accumulated spend of SGD 1,000 on your registered account.

Upon reaching Frequent Shopper status, a $50 Welcome Voucher will be credited to your account for use. Subsequently, for every SGD 500 you spend with us, you’ll receive yet another $50 Voucher for use in-stores and online.

To top it all off — your account will be upgraded to enjoy a one-time 20% off during your Birthday Month!

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click on ‘Forgot Password’ on the login page here, enter your registered email address and you will receive a link to reset your password.

However, if you are still unable to recover your password, kindly drop us a message at customerservice@ingoodcompany.asia.

How do I update my profile details?

After you have registered for an account, you can change your password and update your subscription preferences under your ’Account Info’.

However, if you need to update your contact number, email address and/or date of birth, kindly drop us a message at customerservice@ingoodcompany.asia.

How do I check my order history?

Upon logging into your account, you can select the tabs ‘OFFLINE ORDERS’ and ‘ONLINE ORDERS' to access your order history respectively.

Do note that 'OFFLINE ORDERS' will only display in-store transactions from the past twelve months, and 'ONLINE ORDERS' will only show online purchases from 28/08/2024 onwards.

How can I use my Shopping Perks (i.e. Welcome / Birthday / Frequent Shopper Vouchers)?

You may choose to utilise your Shopping Perks on our online store or standalone store at ION Orchard.

For online purchases, simply login to your account before checking out your bag.

Your Shopping Perks will be available via a drop-down list at checkout - simply select the one you want to apply on your order.
