Online Returns and Exchanges

We offer Returns/Exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. This applies to both Singapore and International orders.


Returns

Returns with Refunds is only offered on full-priced item(s) purchased at our E-store. Terms and Conditions apply.

Returns of Online orders can be made by Store Drop-off or by Mail.


A. Store Drop-off - (Singapore only)

1. Visit our standalone stores at ION Orchard or Jewel Changi Airport with your item(s) and invoice for Return within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 14 business days.

Note: Returns/Exchanges can no longer be made at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands.


B. Return by Mail

1. On your invoice, mark ‘X’ in the Return column, as well as the Reason-of-Return Code beside the item(s) that you wish to return.

2. Mail back your package with your invoice to the address below:

3. All shipping charges, inclusive of custom duties and taxes (if applicable), will be at your expense.


Exchange

Exchanges can only be made at our brick-and-mortar stores in Singapore, and only on local E-store orders.

Please visit our stores to exchange for size or a new item.

Store Drop-off – (Singapore only)

Visit our standalone stores at ION Orchard or Jewel Changi Airport with your item(s) and invoice for Exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. You’ll be able to exchange your item on the spot.

• We accept all Returns and Exchanges of merchandise in their original purchase condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered), attached with all original garment tags.
Sale items are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
• Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be Refunded or Exchanged, and will be returned to you.
• Other than replacement of defective goods that are the manufacturer’s fault, all shipping charges inclusive of custom duties and taxes (if applicable) incurred during postage of Returned item(s) will be at your expense.
• Please keep proof of postage as IN GOOD COMPANY will not be liable for parcels that are lost or damaged during shipping of Returns.
• Please allow 14 business days from the date that we receive your returned item(s) to process Returns and Refunds.
• Once your shopping perks or promocode have been utilised or expired, they cannot be reinstated or refunded.
• If a merchandise is exchanged for item(s) of a lower value, the outstanding purchase value will not be refunded and will be automatically forfeited.
