Your Digital Gift Card can be redeemed at our E-store and ION Orchard store.
You will need an activated IN GOOD COMPANY account in order to apply your Digital Gift Card value. You may sign up here if you don't have an account yet.
For redemptions online, enter your unique Digital Gift Card code under the 'Payment by Prepaid Voucher' field at Step 03 of checkout.
To use at applicable IN GOOD COMPANY stores, simply inform the cashier of your unique Digital Gift Card code during payment.
Things to Note:
- The Digital Gift Card is valid on all products on our E-store and applicable Stores, excluding Gift Cards and Digital Gift Cards.
- The total value of a Digital Gift Card must be used in a single order or transaction. Any remaining unused amount will be forfeited.
- The Digital Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- IN GOOD COMPANY is not liable for lost/stolen Digital Gift Cards, and the value of the Digital Gift Card will not be replaced if it is lost, stolen or used without the recipient's knowledge.

No, the purchase of Digital Gift Cards does not contribute to your accumulated spend.
However, the recipient will get to accumulate his/her spend upon redemption of the Digital Gift Card.
Yes, you may do so by sending your Digital Gift Card code to the person.
Do note that each Digital Gift Card code is unique and can only be utilized once.
Each Digital Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Digital Gift Cards that have not been redeemed by the stated expiration date will be forfeited.
If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your Digital Gift Card code, please contact us at email@example.com immediately.
The Digital Gift Card will not be replaced if it is lost or stolen without the purchaser's confirmation email as proof of purchase.
IN GOOD COMPANY is not liable for lost/stolen Digital Gift Cards, and the value of the Digital Gift Card will not be replaced if it is lost, stolen or used without the recipient's knowledge.
If you are the recipient of a Digital Gift Card, you will be able to find the details in the email that is sent to you.
