The Frequent Shopper programme is our way of celebrating our growing community. Frequent Shoppers enjoy perks including shopping vouchers, birthday treats and exclusive previews of new arrivals, events and sales.
To become a Frequent Shopper, simply activate an account with us. Make sure to log in before you checkout online, or quote your email address when making payment in-store. This automatically accumulates your spending, and grants you Frequent Shopper status once you've accrued SGD 1,000 across your purchases.

A MODERN COTTAGE INDUSTRY
Our search for a production facility led us to a country house nestled within a quiet farming community in Taixing, China—a modern cottage industry run by our longstanding partners (and now close friends). Sustainability is a way of life for them: They've adopted a no-waste policy with their farm produce, a practice that they apply to our fabric off-cuts as well.
In this village, there are mops and mats made from IN GOOD COMPANY’s most ubiquitous cotton shirts. Remnant black fabric, however, cannot be recycled, and are burnt as cooking fuel in their traditional wood stove, along with wood chips and dried maize stalks.
IN PURSUIT OF LESS
We aim to tread lightly by minimising waste and resource consumption as far as possible throughout our processes. From repurposing unused material to be used in our products, to seeking more sustainably made fabrics, we are in constant pursuit of less.
One of the fabrics we use is made with LYCRA T400 technology, which incorporates renewable, plant-based materials and recycled plastic. We also prefer vegetable tanned leather, which is treated with natural tannins such as tree bark to produce strengthened leather that softens and patinas beautifully with age.

We work closely with like-minded partners to do better and further extend our impact. Over the years, we have teamed up with Equal, a social commerce platform that shares our support for the circular movement. Through various initiatives, we help generate awareness and advocacy for their broad beneficiary list.
