From Bean to Bar: A Virtual Workshop with Fossa Chocolate 

Saturday, 25 July | 10am - 12 noon 

Fossa Chocolate is Singapore's first award-winning artisanal bean-to-bar craft chocolate maker. In their chocolate factory at Mandai, their team turns beautifully fermented and dried cacao beans into fine chocolate using a combination of traditional and unconventional techniques. 

Join us in this Zoom workshop to meet these homegrown chocolate makers, craft your own artisanal truffles, and indulge in a chocolate tasting session of Fossa Chocolate's most intriguing flavours.

The Workshop fee includes:

  • A guided 2-hour online workshop by Fossa Chocolate via Zoom 
  • Delivery of a fresh Truffle Making Kit 
  • 5 Bars of Fossa Chocolate for the Chocolate Appreciation session

Participants will only need basic cooking/baking tools to attend the workshop. A stove is required for light heating. No prior experience is needed. 

Registration closes 22 July 2020. Spaces are limited to 12 participants per class. 
This workshop is also suitable for kids ages 10 yrs and up.

Things to note:
  • Once your slot is paid and confirmed, you will receive an email with preparation details and a link to the Zoom class — sent approximately 3 days before the class. (A Zoom account is necessary to join the workshop.) 
  • Your Truffle Making Kit will reach you fresh a day before your class commences. 
  • If you are unable to attend the workshop after payment confirmation, please notify us at least 3 days before the day of class.
  • Once paid, no refunds will be possible on cancellations. 
  •  In the event that the class you have chosen becomes unavailable, we will contact you with alternative options.
