What is LIVE?
LIVE is a livestream/video app feature that allows you to watch our specially prepared sessions — all whilst browsing through the collection on our E-store.
The video widget has features that allow you to get a closer look at styles you can shop, browse the curated selection for every session, and chat live with the team as you are watching it!
You can save the date to watch it when we go live, or replay the session at your own convenience. Past sessions will be saved here.
Our sessions aim to include styling tips, real life tryons and possibly even additional lifestyle content in the future.
Chat Bubble Icon — A live Chat Box. Say hello, ask questions and look out for important information (e.g. promo code and key product highlights). Our team will be on standby to answer your questions on the spot. Click on the icon to hide the chat box during the show.
Chat messages will be saved so you can review chat when you rewatch the video sessions.
Basket Icon — Your shopping cart. Remember to click ‘Checkout’ here before you complete the payment process on our E-store.
T-shirt Icon — A complete list of products, including their different colourways featured.
Link Icon — Share with a friend and spread the word!
Heart Icon — Show us some love and click on it when you see something you like on screen!
Thumbnail Images — A quick view of the products, where you can select your size and preferred color before adding to cart.
You will not be able to check for product measurements or material care directly on the video widget.
Minimise the video screen to search the product name on our E-store in order to view individual product measurements and fabric care instructions.
You do not have to leave the livestream to make payment. Simply click on the ‘Checkout’ button on the video screen to save your selection before minimizing it.
After you click the ‘Checkout’ button on the video screen, you will find your items in the ‘Shopping Bag’ page on our E-store. To complete your purchase, click on the ‘BAG’ button to review your order, login to your account, and make payment.

The Promo Code can be applied when you complete the payment process on our E-store.
After you click ‘Checkout’ on the video, minimise the screen back to our main E-store page. You can find your items by clicking into the ‘Shopping Bag’ page — this is also where you can apply your Promo Code before completing your purchase.

Yes you can! Simply log-in to your registered account during Checkout on our E-store to access your voucher wallet. Shopping Perks are not applicable for use with other promotions.
Remember to log-in to your account to accumulate your spend and earn more Perks with us!

Tip: You will be able to scroll through the Chat Box to check out the messages and key information during your rewatch as well.
